Y Corff Llywodraethu
Mae Corff Llywodraethu Ysgol Beca yn chwarae rôl hanfodol wrth lunio cyfeiriad strategol yr ysgol, sicrhau atebolrwydd, a chefnogi’r Pennaeth a’r staff i ddarparu addysg o safon uchel. Fel pob ysgol yng Nghymru, mae’r Corff Llywodraethu’n gweithredu o fewn y fframwaith a bennir gan ganllawiau Llywodraeth Cymru, gan sicrhau bod penderfyniadau’n cyd-fynd â’r cwricwlwm cenedlaethol, polisïau, ac ethos unigryw’r ysgol. Mae llywodraethwyr yn cynrychioli croestoriad o’r gymuned, gan gynnwys rhieni, staff, yr awdurdod lleol, ac aelodau’r gymuned, gan weithio gyda’i gilydd i gynnal gwerthoedd ac uchelgeisiau’r ysgol. Mae eu cyfrifoldebau’n cynnwys monitro safonau addysgol, rheoli cyllidebau, a hyrwyddo lles pob disgybl. Drwy eu hymroddiad, mae Corff Llywodraethu Ysgol Beca’n sicrhau bod yr ysgol yn parhau i fod yn ganolfan fywiog, gynhwysol, a llewyrchus ar gyfer dysgu a diwylliant.
The Governing Body
The Governing Body of Ysgol Beca plays a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of the school, ensuring accountability, and supporting the Headteacher and staff in delivering high-quality education. As with all schools in Wales, the Governing Body operates within the framework set out by Welsh Government guidelines, ensuring that decisions align with the national curriculum, policies, and the unique ethos of the school. Governors represent a cross-section of the community, including parents, staff, the local authority, and community members, working collaboratively to uphold the school’s values and aspirations. Their responsibilities include monitoring educational standards, managing budgets, and promoting the well-being of all pupils. Through their dedication, the Governing Body ensures that Ysgol Beca remains a vibrant, inclusive, and thriving hub of learning and culture.
